But I had alot of fun, got into a decent costume got to take my friends grommet bro trick or treating and got to share some of the loot, of which we got a good quantity. My feet are killing me though, and the wind was cold but all in all it was a good night. Check out my costume pics over in the gallery.
101 Halloween Ideas
Last night the time changed from daylight savings to daylight standard which means the clocks go back one hour. What a pain in the ass, why don't they leave the clocks alone? I could see the purpose of this back before people had electricity but this is 2004, and daylight savings is a redundant waste of time imho, with over 200 clocks in the house, having to go and set every one of them is a real pain. Bahhhh :( Every spring all the batteries get changed when I set them ahead, in the fall its not as bad cause I just have to set the time but still... meh (: In case you can't remember which way you set them depending on the season, just remember this; "spring its ahead and fall its back" and you will never go wrong or be late for work. Also with computers using XP you no longer get the dialog box reminding you that your time has been adjusted, so for me its not until I walk by my one workstation that I still have running Win ME and see that dialog box stating that my time has been adjusted for daylight savings do I realize why I am up so early :P. Also with XP SP2 there is a nice update where your system clock is automatically updated from a time server on the net. Double click your clock in the system tray and you will notice that the date and time dialog has a new tab called internet time. Here you can set up your computer so its clock is always kept accurate. Again, another innovation to help prevent you from being late because of the previous innovation that our forefathers devised called daylight savings time :)
An explanation as to why we have daylight savings time ...Why we still have it though remains a mystery to me.

Tomorrow is halloween, along with the parties, costumes and the trick or treating. This year sucks however because there hasn't been any halloween parties for me to show off my costume at. Anyone have any pics or stories of their halloween endevors please let us know.
